Have had worsening knee problems over the past couple of years due to cartilage degeneration/OA. Not a candidate for knee replacement at this point, so needed to find alternative treatment(s) to consider. My wife found Dr. Dominguez after consulting with family friends who are orthopedic specialists in NY & Miami and I'm very glad she did. Dr. Dominguez knows his sh*t, explains everything simply & thoroughly, and most importantly suggested a treatment plan that is helping me immensely. Thx, Doc!

I spent my lifetime playing sports and weight training, which finally led to a complete tear of the rotator cuff and other associated damage. Dr. Dominquez saw me immediately, fully explained the damage and my options, then patiently answered all my questions. My surgery and rehab went incredibly well and I have made a complete recovery, shoulder is pain free. Probably the nicest doctor and easiest rotator cuff rehab ever. Could not ask for a better experience under such circumstances!

I lived with a detached -Torn ACL in my right knee for four years before I was referred by a friend to Dr Dominguez. I could not kneel down without the knee coming out of place causing shooting pain Once we got the MRI and confirmed his suggested diagnosis he gave me options. I elected a permanent surgical fix with a donor transplanted tissue. Viera Hospital was awesome and it turned out to be a great experience for me. Dr Dominguez was amazing throughout the process. I was walking in 3 days.

I did not have a good experience with Dr. Dominguez. I went to see him for pain in my tibia. He did not palpitate my leg, but did order an MRI. The order he wrote was for my foot and ankle, not the tibia, so the information for my tibia was not scanned. He admitted to this mistake on my second visit, when he read the MRI. He gave me crutches at no charge instead of paying for the correct MRI to be done. Again, at my second visit, he did not palpitate my leg. I did not return.

I can't say enough about the quality of care, understanding and LISTENING to my problem, and then diagnosing and fixing it, after the first surgery by another Dr. did not work! He went above and beyond fixing it and caring for me afterwards. I have been referring him to many people! He knows his stuff!

Dr. Dominguez treats you like a person, not a number. He listens to you and then takes the time to explain treatment plan options. It is clear he is current and up to date on the research within his field. I am firmly convinced his number 1 priority is your health and well being, NOT how much money he can make by scheduling procedures. Dr. Dominguez and his staff are truly top notch. I can't recommend them enough.
