Dr. Suatengco saved my life. I could not have had a better experience. Not only was he good for me he also saved my brother's life.
Wanted to leave a 0 but wasn’t an option. Dr Suatengco ignored my son’s symptoms and didn’t bother to follow protocol and run any tests. A month later as symptoms persisted my son went to another urologist who discovered he had cancer. Lewis Gale acted like this type of treatment from a Dr is normal and acceptable. Please do not trust anything this Dr tells you.
I was cancer-free for 8 years because of Dr. Suatengo. Following Cryosurgery, I was pain-free, and able to return to work next day. I have faith in this guy.
Dr. Suantengco had horrible bedside manner and offered me no pain relief for the removal of a stint. I believe that he did a horrible job with my ureter surgery for the removal of a kidney stone. I am still in pain a year later. This man has no patience, no bedside manner, and is a poor surgeon. Why he is allowed to still perform medicine is a disgrace. I believe that he should no longer be allowed to practice at Fair Oaks Hospital Group or INOVA. He does not share their common core of beliefs that represent their patients.
Seen as follow-up from ER visit. From the moment he entered the room, he was ready to leave. Did not even want to look at things until I asked him to. Seems like he decided that I was too much of a bother and wanted to push me onto someone else.
Didn't leave card for family to contact. Did not consult with patient or family, simply told patient what he was going to do. Terrible bedside manner, worse doctor I have had to deal with in my 72 years. Arrogant
Dr. Suatengco and associated staff have lost their connection with patients. I was seen 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. When I asked questions to either the doctor or staff, I was only provided a short-tempered answer after an eye roll and a sigh. The room I was asked to bare all in, was a broom closet, next to the checkout window and included used syringes, open biohazard boxes, and boxed Christmas decorations. When I asked the doctor if the environment was safe, he said ...
Stay away from this so-called doctor. Very unprofessional with horrible bedside manners. For a simple case of UTI (urinary tract infection), he ordered a bunch of tests and an invasive procedure, which cost me ~$2000. He obviously was just generating business for himself. In addition, he’s quite creepy!!!
I have been a patient of Dr. Suantengco's since 1999. He has been a wonderful doctor who developed a very kind and understanding relationship with me. I highly recommend him.
