There’s constant noise, and safety is questionable — I’ve seen tires stolen directly off cars in the parking area. Parking is basically useless. You can pay for a “reserved” spot and still come home to someone else parked in it. Management won’t tow for 24 hours, so you’re essentially paying for something you can’t even use. Just wanted to add a comment that our elevator in Building 4 has been down for more than 2 months. It seems they are not taking action to fix it. ————————— Everything has been great so far. The property management team responds quickly and has addressed all issues, except for the elevator, which occasionally breaks down. I haven’t moved out yet, so I haven’t encountered any overcharges related to move-out fees. I’ll update my review after I move out.
The apartment itself has a nice layout and the floor plan is good. However, our overall experience was mixed. We had ongoing pest issues during our stay, including mosquitoes and cockroaches. To be fair, the team did respond and tried to control the issue, but it was still frustrating to deal with repeatedly as residents. Another concern is the move-out process.
