Lived here for 7 years. Amazing community, amazing staff, amazing maintenance. One negative is that the elevators don’t work, which is a Greystar complaint that people should chase. David in the front office is amazing, did me a huge favor once I moved and shipped a package to an old address Carlos with maintenance is amazing as well!!
If I could give a lower rating on Google, I would. The bad things about this place have a much higher negative weight than the good ones. Firstly, the location. Yes, it's in a good location. Especially if you go to SCU. But the elevators are ancient and completely unreliable to say the least. Moreover, I have an email from the manager of the community that elevators are not a guaranteed amenity. They should advertise this, tbh. It’s a decent place to live only if you’ve your workplace nearby.
Very close to Santa Clara university just walkable distance and also San Jose airport 9 minutes away
One of the worst apartments I've ever lived in. Stay far far away.
