I keep going to Domi Healthcare, despite the rudeness from customer service staff, since I have been a patient for several years and I am happy with my doctor. 2 times l have experienced bad treatment from the reception including hanging up the phone on me. I don't know if management is aware of this. If you are so unhappy with your job you should look for something else.
Went here and was just five minutes late to my appointment. The woman working the desk racially profiled me. Broke my heart because my kid was there and had to witness her call me stereotypes. They keep deleting my reviews on my other email.
The doctors here are excellent! They are knowledgeable, caring, and honestly the only reason this office deserves any stars at all. Unfortunately, the front desk is consistently disorganized and incredibly frustrating to deal with. Calls are rarely answered, voicemails go unreturned, and there is a constant lack of follow-through when it comes to paperwork and pharmacy requests. Literally they are the best! My daughter has been struggling with some personal issues and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dr. Dominguez took so much time with her and we left and she was so happy she actually hugged me. We love coming here, he does my clearance for surgery and is always so thorough he make sure he checks everything out before he just signs his name on some thing the entire staff is amazing. Horrible customer service and extremely poor communication. When I first tried to establish care, my experience with the front desk was already disappointing. They texted me with the next available appointment for Dr. Dominguez, but when I arrived, I wasn’t even on the schedule. I had to show them the text message confirming the appointment for them to acknowledge it. Weeks after, they called me to schedule an appointment to discuss my bloodwork results.
