Es mi centro medico. Una excelente atención y los médicos son amables y explican bien todo.
Had a cancer screening where Dr laparaguirrre didn’t enter it in the notes for the front desk to process. Instead of empathetic support the owner of the practice yelled and was very defensive of their mistakes. Very concerning doctors practice
I keep going to Domi Healthcare, despite the rudeness from customer service staff, since I have been a patient for several years and I am happy with my doctor. 2 times l have experienced bad treatment from the reception including hanging up the phone on me. I don't know if management is aware of this. If you are so unhappy with your job you should look for something else.
Buenos días hoy tuve necesidad de pedir una cita con los Dr y le expliqué a las recepcionistas que me era de mucha urgencia para que me viran a mi esposo y me dijeron que que no había cita hasta el mes entrante realmente no tengo ninguna queja sobre los Doctores pero respecto a las chicas de la recepción deben de tener en cuenta que cuando hay una emergencia que los médico pueden resolver sin necesidad de ir a un hospital ellas deben de ayudar yo trabajo también en esto y siempre tenemos espacio para cualquier urgencia siemp... read more
