Dear Management, I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding the way my patient status has apparently been handled by your practice. The worst service I've ever seen at any of their offices. The receptionists are always in a bad mood and can't even answer patients' questions. They never have appointments available for you, even if you're already a patient, and they never answer the phone. The doctors really need to clean house at those offices, especially the one in North Bergen. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
