Terrible company to deal with. They dont stand behind their products. You cant find parts to fix it yourself. They dont answer phone calls and normally the call just disconnects itself. For such an expensive product you would think they would care about the aftersale experience. I will never ever purchase a Dometic product again.
I had a new Dometic installed in 2022. I have not been able to use my hot water heater more than 15 days since. Fails every time we try and use it. My service center just keeps fixing. Called customer service. The lady actually insulted me. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
Horrible company will not stand behind product
My CFX3 55 litre fridge began shutting off on its own a week ago. Now its completely dead with no explanation. Definitely unreliable for food storage. Time will tell if they warranty it but by the looks of the reviews I'm gonna lose CAD 1400.
