Horrible company will not stand behind product
My CFX3 55 litre fridge began shutting off on its own a week ago. Now its completely dead with no explanation. Definitely unreliable for food storage. Time will tell if they warranty it but by the looks of the reviews I'm gonna lose CAD 1400.
The customer service department is very difficult to contact. Each time I call I wait 20 to 30 minutes and then I am disconnected when I am in 1st position to receive help. What? This company calls this customer support?
We bought a 2022 Keystone Cougar with multiple Domestic appliance and furnace. We have never used the furnace once in the first year we have have it. We attempted to use it for the first time and it malfunctioned immediately. I took the furnace out and took it to the RV dealer. Here is Dometic canned response: "The furance had a loss of power, and did not go through it's cool down cycle..
