Receptionist is rude. They overcharged for service. Took two plumbers to change 10 foot pex pipe 45 minutes and they charged for two hours for each plumber even though one of them didn’t do any work. Simple job like this does not need two plumbers at $90 an hour. Update: they used incorrect type pex fittings and the pipe leaked again. I replaced the pipe myself with new fittings, pipe and Manuel tool and it took 20 minutes and only $150 spent and still have bunch of stuff left. Paid them nearly $400
The secretary taking the calls is very rude, I don't feel like they care about the customer only the high prices they charge .
