40+ Years of Service I have been eating Domenico's pizza for over 40 years and it is just as good today as it was way back when. They are the only place I know of that has ground peperoni as an option. It is the best! The salad dressing has no comparison. It has been a family favorite for years!
Unique pepperoni pizza; it's ground and best when burned a little on top. best pizza ever tasted – My friend took me here and we had the house salad and ground pepperoni pizza. It was the BEST pizza I have ever had. The service was great! I ordered another pizza to go and took it to work the next day so I could share with co-workers and everyone agreed it was one of the best pizza they have had. I will be going back agsin.
Fantasic Pizza This was the best Italian Food. The salad Dressing is the best in the whole world. The staff is great, food is yummy and not over done, the decor is relaxing, enjoy this place, even on your worst day, a glass of wine, some salad and a pizza is all that you need to unwind.
Stuff yourself and then take a walk This restraunt has been around for over 20 years. Family owned and run. Great food. Authentic italian home cooking. Great atmosphere and good service.
The best pizza and salad anywhere. – I have been dinning at Domenico's since 1954. Now my children and grandchildren are customers. The pizza (sausage, mushrooms, and onion cooked on the crispy side) is the best anywhere. The romaine salad has always been my favorite too. As a teenager in the '50's, I worked for Domenico and Beverly and I still think it is the best.
Disappointing Pizza – What planet are you people from? The pizza was very disappointing. As their menu describes -- when making the pizza, first they put the cheese, then they add the sauce on top of the cheese. The aftermath is a bland, soggy, pizza-like concoction. Yes, their sauce is very tasty but what's missing is the baked, bubbly flavor of the cheese. The service, spaghetti with marinara, and minestrone soup were very good.
Avoid Weekends Here Good Prices Good Wine Good Pizza – Weekends can be hell here especially Sundays...generally when this restaurant gets overly busy their service lacks. Love the Peasant's Dinner with a glass of their good cheap house wine...I recommend the house chianti.
Domenico's Belmont Shore Is A Classic – Domenico's in Belmont Shore has been making pizza longer than just about any place in California, and amazingly does it better than any place else as well. My perfect dinner is their ground pepperoni pizza with black olives and fresh mushrooms, served with their house romaine salad and their legendary creamy garlic dressing.
