We’ve had flooding issues in our home ever since we moved in 4 years ago, and had many plumbers come and try and fix the issue, but to no avail. So we finally figured we would call the city of Eastlake and asked who they recommend. Domenicks were the first they mentioned, and there’s a reason why. Excellent customer service! I called on a Friday they had me scheduled and repaired by Monday! Jeff was very pleasant and professional. I appreciate how he patiently explained everything to me. I will definitely recommend and refer!
OMG These guys are AMAZING!!! Had a leak from shower draining into the basement. Called them 8am they came out immediately and spent three hours put PVC pipe in basement and fixed leak. THEN replaced items in tub that were dated and faulty. Asked them to shore up toilet as it rocked a bit and they put new Rocker screws at base on each side of toilet and put shims to keep it firm on base. Such an outstanding job. Very thorough, effective, and efficient. You could not go wrong calling these guys!!!!
The only plumbers I will call from now on. But I have a feeling I won't need to, because they did the job right! Came out super fast. Communication is a plus
