Do not deal with these people. Bought a home with a “warranty”. 1 year on appliances. Five days after purchase the AC broke. In the 90’s in Florida. Called with no answer or reply. Had to call a repair service it was so hot in the house. Called every month and finally John “Jack” Lombardi answered only to put the responsibility on someone else. 6 months later no response. $722 gone.
Well I didn't get the apartment asked why she said it wasn't a match. First time making an inquiry about it was July 21 filled out an application same day on application wanted our bank account info the brother said we didn't have to fill it out so we didn't (we didn't know that was normal to ask for bank account info ,now I do lack of education about renting property on my part.) I used to be a tenant for a year. Until I upgraded. These properties are a great stepping stone for prosperity.I went from being a complete stranger to the Lombardi family to getting to know my Landlord and property owner. Became so acquainted with Domenic, he granted me good friendship and nothing but respect of course. Some people just have their differences. That's what makes this world so diverse. Thanks Dom and and Jack for the opportunities.
How do you hang up on someone asking for a railing because they need one !! How can you be that rude. Have some care for your tenets. If something happens to your tenet will you care then!! Thought would would try to do better then your father with this kinda stuff but guess not ..
The food was very good. I had fish and chips. I took the rest home and I almost broke a tooth when I took a bite and there was a small black rock that looked like a tiny triangle.
