Dr Mariano concern for my welfare most commendable
I have always felt that I was in good hands with Dr. Mariano as my cardiologist. He takes the time to check everything and answer any concerns that I have. I trust his expertise completely and would highly recommend him. There has been a considerable improvement in the length of wait times and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
I had a test done in his office two weeks ago, I have been calling for days for the results everyday they tell me the doctor is going to call me. And he never does, I definitely think the doctor needs to hire more help because the lack of follow up and no urgency on their end is very disappointing. A great doctor cares for their patients and follows up and he obviously does not .
At my first visit I was waiting for 1.5 hours to finally see Dr. Mariano. When I complain about that long wait, the staff explained to me - we schedule 3 people at the same time, so if two other people came before you, then you have to wait. 3 people at the same time??? I never heard that before... The doctor doesn't make eye contact. He doesn't explain clearly his recommendations - why I need to do all those tests. Dr. Mariano has excellent bedside manners. I was estatic that he was cautious and took the time to answer ALL my questions. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends. I owe my awesome primary doctor (Dr. Giuliano) for exceptional referral.
