This homeowners association is the worst ever I’ve been here 20 years, and they are worse than ever now than they were when I first bought this house. They don’t take responsibility for anything. Folks, before filing a suit there other methods of exposing this company.1st Filing a complaint with the New York State Insurance Dept for Fraud.They will investigate the company. 2nd At the same time go to the Media- CH 7 Investigative Team to expose this company.3rd File your Class Action Suit which may put them out of business. 2 hours ago I am in the process of pursuing legal action against this company. However if anyone would like to also pursue legal action, please contact me at 347-471-0424 and/or email me at ClassAction.PeoplesRights@gmail.com. I am hoping we could amend our predicament and maybe pay back everyone they incorrectly billed and subsequently added late fees for nonpayment of full bill.
