Overall I would give the finished product 4 stars, the customer service 3 stars and the process 2 stars. They renovated 3 bathrooms for us however when the job was 90% complete they "went missing". There was a 10 week period where simply nothing happened despite me chasing them continuously to get the job done. In the end the begrudgingly completed the final pieces but even then there was no final inspection or deep clean as promised, or sign off to even check I was happy with the finished product. Hi Domayne Bathroom In Alexandria provided me with a professinal service in relation to replacing a WC and a few other bathroom fitting. Prices wete competitive over all service from consultants to Managers follow up was excellant. Timely delivery of product by courier into the house. Would buy from Domayne Alexandria Bathrooms again
Has a massive range and really well presented also. This is THE place to visit for bathroom and kitchen renovations. The range is so large it's overwhelming. Helpful staff and pleasant atmosphere.
