The fire alarm in this apartment goes off randomly and it’s extremely disruptive. Last night it started around 3 a.m. and kept ringing the whole night — nobody could sleep. Even worse, calling the management office didn’t help at all, no one answered or took responsibility. People even sleep in the yoga room, which gives off a strange smell. On top of that, the common areas have been under renovation for months with no sign of completion. It honestly feels like living in a very strange and poorly managed place.
Some renters literally put the sauna to the balcony 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Im constantly getting overcharged with promises to reimburse extra fees and we keep getting the run around. They never answer the phone or emails and we keep getting ignored when we go to the office. The gate has been broken for about 3 months now. Overall, really dissatisfied with the current management team.
