Slumlords ain't the word they own us unassisted senior living space in Staten Island and they treat the seniors like garbage cover up molded sheetrock leaks all over the place
These people represent and are affiliated with known slumlords. As a former tenant in one of their absentee landlord properties, I am familiar with the headaches of working with these people. I am not the only person who feels this way either...check out their yelp page. Save yourself the trouble and go do business with a more ethical company. There are plenty of real estate companies in NYC that aren't trying to pull a fast one over on people.
This place is the worst place I've ever dealt with! They told me the place I was renting (124 Lexington Ave.) would be cleaned and repainted when I signed the lease. Move in day rolls around and the place is covered with dead and alive cock roaches, chipping paint, and tons of dust. This company said they'd fix it, which delayed our move-in date, but they had the balls to charge us for the full month.
