Washer request has been open for one week and still not fixed
Overall I would say this is a nice place to live, some issues may come up, but as long as you have a conversation with management, they are very helpful. Maintenance is very fast and helpful as well.
Roberto is very knowledgeable and figured out the issue quickly and made the repairs in a timely manner! Great asset for this community
Horrible experience trying to tour. No real solution offered. Dog poop in the parking lot. No parking. Rude front desk person who said we didn’t have an appt. at 4:30 even though their system is what allowed us to get that appt in the first place. Sent an email, no reply. Spoke with manager who was kind but don’t think it justifies the time lost in trying to come see this place.
