Do not move here! I have only been living here for 2 months and I have had maintenance at my home 12 times. The appliances are badly used and outdated. The leasing office almost never answers the phone and the Managment team doesn’t do what they say they will in a timely manner. I moved here from another state and it was the worst decision I made moving here. There are so many better places to live for the amount of money we pay to live here.
My husband and I have lived here for a few months now and have so many positive things to say about it! We truly have enjoyed our living at this community. Our favorite part about the community is the Apartment Life events! Our favorite events include painting with a twist and making a Mother’s Day bouquet. I would highly recommend living here.
I have lived on the property for years now. I will be signing a new lease for the fifth time today. I have no complaints. Staff is always friendly, amenities are great, and maintenance request or completed rapidly. Roberto, with maintenance personnel, is always so polite and just a nice genuine person who does his job VERY well. 😁
Roberto is absolutely excellent. He repairs everything efficiently and on time. We are lucky to have him on property.
I have been living here for a couple of months now and I absolutely love it here. I feel safe and everyone is very friendly and welcoming. I have met a lot of long term residents and that makes me feel good. I plan on being one of them! The leasing office is fantastic and management is very friendly and caring. Maintenance is definitely a priority here and I appreciate that. Even our trash guy is amazing, always in a great mood and very friendly. The amenities here are great and love our pool and cabanas too.
