We’ve had a great experience with the events here. We attended several throughout the year—including the book club, St. Patrick’s Day celebration, Christmas party, and pizza events—and each one was well organized with a really positive, welcoming atmosphere.
Beautiful homes, great neighbors, great amenities. Kevin and Bianca are amazing. Security here is non-existent. The gates are always broken, random people walking in and out. We moved from a unit across from the leasing office, had no problems. Decided to downsize and moved to a corner unit and have been living and hell since. Been here 3 weeks, had items stolen off our doorstep the very first week, I thought I was crazy. Fast forward another week and someone entered our home, unforced entry. Stole several valuable items. We lived at Domain Memorial for 6 months while our house was being renovated. The fee for a short term lease was the best we found around town! The front office staff was very friendly (Kevin and Bianca are lovely). The clubhouse was a luxury especially the pool and coffee machine. The maintenance staff was incredibly prompt and helpful (Roberto is THE BEST). We also loved meeting new neighbors at the Apartment Living events. Leta and Adam really made it feel like family! 10/10 would recommend!
I moved here from Korea, and I was honestly surprised by how wonderful this community is. Even though around 300 households live in this town, it has always been incredibly quiet and peaceful. Whenever something needed to be repaired, I could simply submit a request through the Loft system and the maintenance team would come very quickly to fix it.
