i used to love living here but now management is slipping. they NEVER answer the phone. and i mean NEVER. so you have to go to the office and speak to someone face to face. i work the hours that the office is open so this is a little harder for me. rent is too high for them to not answer phone calls. my AC went out Monday (8/31). i put in a maintenance request for it to get fixed that night. the next day my request was marked as “completed”. The problem was not fixed and it caused an unwarranted trip to the laundromat at night.
Just moved here about 2 weeks ago. When we were in process of leasing we had NO issue getting a hold of the front office. Now, we get 0 response from the leasing team. Maintenance is super nice and helpful but getting them to come out is a nightmare. Do better domain. This is ridiculous for an alleged “luxury” establishment. Also, the foundation in our unit is shifting so badly, some of our doors don’t close and there’s VISUAL CRACKS from the foundation shifting in our unit walls and bathroom tiles. Ridiculous!!!!
