This property management company has done a solid job managing tenant relations—things generally run smoothly from the user side, and we haven’t encountered issues from that end. My family stayed at the Modern SFH near McCormick Place and Soldier Field in Chicago in mid-December, and we had a fantastic experience! The house was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Communication with William and Rhonda was outstanding. Traveling from Arizona, we were concerned about the cold, but they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort by providing extra blankets and even bringing brand-new space heaters, just in case. Great place to stay. The location is great and rooms are great. Lacking a keypad code or multiple keys for a big party.
I recently stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette party and it was 10/10! Exactly as pictured, very clean and in a great area with alot to do close by. Very short Uber to downtown Chicago, traffic pending of course. The owners communicate well and quickly! Loved it and will book again when I return to Chicago!
