This is the worst property I have ever lived in- the property is poorly maintained and my building looks like it has never been power washed (bugs/spiders/trash spills/grossness). A homeless man moved into the building elevator that I live in and continues to periodically come as he wishes because they never close/fix the property gate. The appliances have never been upgraded (although they charge you a monthly $35 dollar tech fee) and I am on my second clothes dryer because they keep going out.
