I’ve had a great experience living at my apartment! The community is well-maintained, quiet, and in a great location. I also want to give a big shoutout to Ivette Fonseca from the leasing office—she made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. Ivette was professional, kind, and super helpful from start to finish. Highly recommend both the apartment and the leasing team, especially Ivette!
love everything about this apartment my main thing is the staff and how they treat you i had evett help me out got me in the system quick and moved in no trouble she made everything really simple,also the apartment in the inside is absolutely amazing no complaints they cleaned up everything for me before moving in, thanks so much for everything!
We have good team, good manager I love them
Pros: - Beautiful apartment floor plans - Walls are thick, the only way I heard neighbors was if someone was yelling - Large kitchen with lots of cabinet space for storage - Walk in closets - Great location, can get anywhere in DFW within 20 mins -Spacious parking -Nice pool Cons: -Gates never worked which was sketchy because the community outside the apartments wasn’t great. We would hear men screaming on the streets at 3 am. -Leasing was going to charge us $100 for stickers to open gates (that again, never worked) but we w... read more
We been living here me and my family for 3 years now we haven’t got any problems all staff members are nice and friendly people
