This is going to be me and my partner’s second year living at the Domain at Founders Parc and it has been wonderful! Ivette, Danielle, and Krystal are so kind, personable and helpful. The recent poor reviews are true. This place is not the same place as it was a year ago! Management is rude & un attentive, music is loud, multiple shootings (police is here every other Friday) the gates have NEVER worked so people who don’t live here come & go as they please and the rent is completely overpriced for not the most modern apartment. i was initial offered a renewal rent price for $55 more than what i currently pay which was completely unnecessary since they dropped the rent price back to what i currently pay (b... read more
The worst experience ever i moved out last Month I've lived there for two years the first year things were great with the old staff Yvette was the only person there who was Trying to accommodate for everybody, but I guess she had no control. She was just trying then the new staff the new management staff after they got rid of the manager And Crystal they got new people who has no respect for anybody everything broke down. Poor management. Apartment entrance door is wide open to all the public. Should have been repaired by now. Unregistered GAS car is parked at the EV charging station and the mgmt can't do anything.
Me and my family lived here for about a year and a half. In the beginning it was very peaceful and convenient. But a little after we noticed that it wasn’t what we thought it would be. The “valet” trash would hardly ever come, and if they did it was on their own timing, there was ALWAYS trash in the hallways. This place is also in a hot area.
