Review from current renter: Pros: maintenance works fast for the most part, the day i report something it pretty much gets handled never took longer than 2 days if it wasn’t an emergency. Quiet for the most part it’s near the street so you can get road noise. Neighbors for the most part are quiet ofc you’ll always have some noisy people. Cons: the gates are a hit or miss which i feel they should ALWAYS be working, you wanna feel safe you don’t want to be in a gated community and gate remains open for a 1-2 weeks. This community has degraded rapidly under the current property manager, Crystal. The breezeways are dirty and neglected, and management is consistently missing in action when residents actually need assistance. The onsite leasing agent is doing her best, but she has zero support from management, and the current office staff seems completely lost. My husband and I have had a home here at the Domain since it opened. When we moved here some buildings were still under construction. Of course there have been changes, but that is everywhere. The manager is here to help. She listens and takes action. This must be a hard job but,she wears it well. She will definitely will take action when needed. Try the Domain !
