I had a great experience with JaQita A. at the leasing office. She has been incredibly helpful and supportive. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure everything was handled smoothly and professionally. I really appreciate her—excellent customer service!
DO NOT LEASE HERE! I applied to this property in early October 2025 and after careful consideration, canceled my application the same day. I sent an email and visited the office to ensure that they received my cancellation request. I was told that I would receive a refund for the admin fee and that the check would be sent to their office and it typically takes about 2 weeks or so. Pathetic service it’s been 3 months am following up going in person to get my refund on application fee wrote dozens of emails and yet to receive an update. Every time I go there they are close and they don’t have phone at the office. I think I should get a lawyer now that’s the only option left. How can property management people don’t have phone or email function.
