We have been renting from Shanna for two solid years and she has been honestly the best landlord we have ever had. Anytime we have had an issue she has had her handyman team fix it immediately. The house has really held up for us especially when you treat it with care and respect. I feel like we have grown a great relationship through our time together. I am beyond grateful for her kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend Domaci property management to anyone! 10/10 stars 💗
DO NOT rent from Domaci Property Management. Shanna took over our house after 4 years, and it was clear from the start she didn't like us. She doubled our rent, justifying it with Zillow data for the wrong zip code/neighborhood. She also refused to let us replace frayed, dangerous carpet, a safety hazard the owner had already approved, because she only "replaces carpet between tenants." Bro they put PRIMER ON THE COUNTER TOPS of a rental. The stuff came off the same day I moved in.. from putting a coffee on them. I reprimed them when I left after 3 years, with a shade lighter… and they charged me $3200 of damages. Even charged me to “epoxy” the counters that were primed with like $6 primer to begin with🤣🤣 THEY WERE NEVER EPOXIED. They’re also trying to charge me for plumbing that was never there! Lmao. I wouldn’t rent from these people unless your back is against the wall.
Reviewing for a friend: DONT RENT FROM SHANA. All that my friend has experienced during her move out and tenancy has been shady, unprofessional, and rude. Complete lack of communication from Shana for move out details after having been given proper notice. Deposit receipt hasn’t been sent still (it’s been well over a month) and the deposit has not been returned. She has shown no effort of trying to go about her job in a professional manor.
