Reviewing for a friend: DONT RENT FROM SHANA. All that my friend has experienced during her move out and tenancy has been shady, unprofessional, and rude. Complete lack of communication from Shana for move out details after having been given proper notice. Deposit receipt hasn’t been sent still (it’s been well over a month) and the deposit has not been returned. She has shown no effort of trying to go about her job in a professional manor. Just love Shanna so much she's incredible. She helped us get the house we was wanting to start our family. And she's always there if you need she's always kind and very understanding. Blessed to have her as a landlord.
