Worked here internally for almost 2 years. There were some individuals whom I enjoyed working with but the work environment was too toxic. The subgroups operates like cliches. The leadership are constantly getting on each other's a** which made it difficult to be in that environment because they're constantly looking for flaws from each other's team to pick on and tattle to Mrs. CEO. I've worked for Dolphin Group Companies for over 12 years now. First of all-- everyone matters here! They are always coming up with fun, creative, and customized ideas to keep things fresh and exciting for everyone. My talents and skills are put to good use each and every day I'm here. As various challenges have come up in my own life over the years, they've rallied around to help and support me during those times. It's not just a place to work, they're like having another family. I couldn't imagine working anywhere else.

I have been employed at Dolphin Group Companies for almost six months and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The staff have been incredibly welcoming and professional and they are always quick to respond to any questions I may have. You can tell they care about their jobs and the people they work with.
