We had the great pleasure to deal with Ash the community manager since day one. She is a very good person, made this procces for me and my partner smooth and even accomodate us to move in few days before the start of the leading since we had to move out. People like Ash should be working on the customer service industry and managing operations at large scale. Absolutely outstanding service. Thank you Alfredo

Do not rent this place. It has bed bugs, mold, and a lot of rats. They are very manipulative. Once you start to move out, they will never give your deposit back—you have to go to court to get your money back. They are very disrespectful. I have videos of them manipulating tenants to avoid returning deposits. The lady called Ash and the older woman will start calculating your deposit into nonsense charges. I had to file RTB please be aware.

I strongly advise against renting this property, at 6780 Buswell St Richmond Bc, due to severe pest infestation, During my tour at the unit, I encountered cockroaches, bedbugs. Despite reporting the issue with the landlord Aishwarya Ganesan, and Casey Moser the problem persisted they told me will win not refund you the security deposit, I encourage you do not pay any rent or security deposit with out checking well the unit, the stress and discomfort cause by the pest infestation are not worth the risk.
