I strongly advise against renting this property, at 6780 Buswell St Richmond Bc, due to severe pest infestation, During my tour at the unit, I encountered cockroaches, bedbugs. Despite reporting the issue with the landlord Aishwarya Ganesan, and Casey Moser the problem persisted they told me will win not refund you the security deposit, I encourage you do not pay any rent or security deposit with out checking well the unit, the stress and discomfort cause by the pest infestation are not worth the risk. I love living here. I’ve been here for 15 years now. The current manager, is exceptional friendly and helpful. The building cleaner and all other employers are wonderful and is a pleasure to live here.Close to downtown Richmond and 2 blocks away from the skytrain and Richmond Center, Elementary,Secondary Schools, Colleges all in walking distance. Plus many Community centers are all very close to Dolphine Square. I feel safe living here and love it!
