While living a Villa Taviana in Rancho Bernardo, I was visited by one of the property managers employed by Dolphin Realty, Alan Hemphill. He managed the condo of the Ken and Karen who lived above me. What a rude, dishonest slime ball this “gentleman” was! Although the condo I occupied was NOT managed by this company, this representative of Dolphin Realty continued to harass me and make false accusations about me smoking in my unit, although I allowed him in to investigate every time and there was no evidence of such.
