July 2nd...Really sad because I got my hopes up and I shouldn't have. We spoke with James about renting a property. He had amazing ideas and possibly able to help us find what we were looking for. But after a wonderful 58 minute phone call with him that ended with possble plans to meet up the next day to see a property, we were ghosted. My partner even left a message on July 3rd, which never was returned. Have made numerous complaints about 1220 Willow Ct, Florence Oregon and Dolphin Realty property management has not done anything. Now they are getting busy because the owners arrived from San Diego!!!
Non-responsive, screens calls, does not communicate well. Talks a lot, does not listen. Very outwardly religious, judgmental of others
Currently storing a 5th wheel travel trailer at EPO Storage. Just had both propane bottles ripped off! Ok, sucks to be you. Send me an email and we’ll forward it to the property owners. We can’t do anything. You hit that right! Looking for other options!
Really helped me out in a time of need. Knows the town. Very considerate of my particular needs.. I have a cognitive disability. I couldn't be happier with my experience.
