We had been looking everywhere for the Napoleon flat griddle, must have called 15 or more dealers with no luck. finally we called Dolphin Pools and BBQ's in Newmarket on Mulock DR. We spoke to Esayas who right of the top was super friendly and helpful, and he had the grill we were looking for. We live in Mississauga and had no way to get the grill here, Esayas agreed to assembly and deliver for us in a few days, which he did. We bought our house 3 years ago and were first time pool owners. We found dolphin pools. They’re so accommodating and always go out of their way in helping me understand how pools work and maintain. My 2 boys love going to the “pool store” (not only for the lollipops at the counter) because This family owned and operated business welcomes people into their doors the way you’d be welcomed if you were a guest coming to dinner
The team at Dolphin Pools are fantastic! In addition to being very kind and friendly, they are so helpful and knowledgeable. I really appreciate their guidance in helping me get my pool crystal clear and their patience in explaining all the levels to me and what I need to do.
