Jeff at dolphin pools should be your go to guy for anything pool related and bbqs . He has helped me so much between pool equipment to pool chemicals. Advising what chemicals I need for the pool to keep everything in check. No un necessary up sales of unneeded chemicals as some others would.
This team is great and have helped me a few times. Forget big box stores or online, great experience overall.
I have been a customer of this family for 8 years and they have always surpassed my expectations when it comes to knowledge, product choice, customer service, and transparency. Our experience with Dolphin Pools was beyond unacceptable, their lack of customer service, lack of product knowledge and lack of professionalism was unacceptable. When we purchased a top of the line Polaris Pool Robot their attention and customer service was 5 star, but when it broke down after a few short months, their services quickly down graded to non existent.
