Dolphin pools is simply the perfect example of what a business should be like. In a time of deep sadness from losing our father, we are trying to navigate caring for the pool. Something my dad loved to do. Dolphin pools helped us in a time of need and we will forever be grateful . This will be our go to for future needs. Warning: Terrible service, no accountability, and unresponsive management. I absolutely cannot recommend this pool company. After spending over $10,000 on all new equipment last year with them, we received zero customer appreciation—and when things went wrong, they completely abandoned us. Here is what happened: Destroyed equipment: They closed our pool in the fall and left the pump running. DO NOT USE DOLPHIN POOLS!!! Terrible customer service, do not actually care about your service or helping you. They continuously say “oh yes someone will be there tomorrow” and it won’t be for days until you see anyone, AFTER you call them continuously asking if anyone will show up. Not to mention they “can’t get in contact” with any of their workers somehow?
