We bought our house 3 years ago and were first time pool owners. We found dolphin pools. They’re so accommodating and always go out of their way in helping me understand how pools work and maintain. My 2 boys love going to the “pool store” (not only for the lollipops at the counter) because This family owned and operated business welcomes people into their doors the way you’d be welcomed if you were a guest coming to dinner
The team at Dolphin Pools are fantastic! In addition to being very kind and friendly, they are so helpful and knowledgeable. I really appreciate their guidance in helping me get my pool crystal clear and their patience in explaining all the levels to me and what I need to do.
If I could give zero stars I would. Truly the most disrespectful people I have ever meet. No clear communication from them at all. Save yourself the time and money and look for some place else!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY We hired this company to winterize our pool for the last 2 years and each year they did not no close it properly. Resulting in our pipes bursting both times. The owners Dennis and Jeff refuse to be accountable for it and the customer service has been horrendous. They have ignored messages and haven’t shown up when they said they would.
