Dolphin Pools and Spas has serviced my Bullfrog Hot Tub for the last 12 years of its 17 year life. In that time they have replaced two covers, the heater, and the pump. The pump and heater were replaced under warranty by the factory, but Dolphin did the work on very short notice. In that time the office and the technicians have always been professional, knowledgeable, prompt. They have always done what they promised on time and on budget. We had Dolphin Pools build out pool over 30 years ago and they have maintained it to the highest standards every since. I highly recommend Dolphin as highly professional and the best you can get to build or maintain your pool and spa.
I have purchased 2 hot tubs from Dolphin pools and have absolutely loved the service they provide. From water testing to having a technician out it has been outstanding. If you want a party tub there may be several brands to choose from but if you're looking for a therapeutic tub there is only ONE and that is Bullfrog. From the ability to change the jet packs to specific targets down to the customer service they have always been great! I will always own a hot tub and will always be a Bullfrog and always from Dolphin.
