Very unresponsive and does not take responsibility for customer service- 3 weeks no phone call. Response was “we’re busy- I’m just cashier etc...”
Her hot tub stopped working for some reason so we called another place where we got the hot tub from. It took him five weeks to get here because the gentleman said he was too busy and he couldn’t fit us in even though we bought our tub from them. So my brother suggested dolphin and I called and they were here in four days after my call. I’ll remind you the first company charge me $350 to tell me it was not fixable. Mark, Jeff and the whole team are great to work with. Went above and beyond our expectations.
They took our cover off and let ALL of the leaves fall in. Then refused to return our calls. It too us 2 weeks to get the leaves out 9 feet deep end. They have never returned our calls.
Great work and workers!!! Professional and quick these guys really know what they’re doing!!! Highly recommend
