Thrilled with our marble sheen pool refurbished by Dolphin Pools. Shaun Conley is a pleasure to deal with, professional and accommodating delivering a high quality product with skilled artisans. Our rolled edge beach entry pool posed some technical difficulties which were overcome with some great ideas, we are delighted and couldn’t be happier with the result! I highly recommend these guys for any pool project you may have in mind.
Recently had a fully tiled concrete pool installed by Shaun and his team. Very happy with the end result and many thanks go the Dolphin Pools team for the smooth delivery of a fine product. They even helped provide a temp pool fence free of charge while mine was getting installed. A Grade business. Thanks very much!
Unfortunately despite the last 6 months phoning, writing and visiting the show room in an attempt to have some basic repairs done, nothing. No follow up or accountability to our requests which is disappointing and quite frankly arrogant in our opinion. We built our second pool with Dolphin Pools based on previous quality after sales service, follow through and high integrity standards which are no longer evident or practiced today based on our current experience. Very disappointed and would not use this company again.
Dolphin built us a pool. They were very professional, did the work on time and were very responsive with fixing a couple of issues that happened later.
Have done both of our pools. Highly recommend
