We use the Flower Mound Store and the staff is great and always helpful. However you guys have recently switched to another brand of chemicals and no longer carry Poolife Turbo Shock. I understand the brand you carry now is the same company but it's not even close to the same quality as the Turbo Shock. The brand I bought was the Quantum Turbo Shock II. Please go back to the Poolife!!

I am so happy our pool has been crystal clear this summer with very minimal maintenance thanks to the knowledgeable people at Dolphin Pool Supply. This is the first summer since 2007 that I spend more time swimming in the pool than cleaning it. Thank you, Dolphin Pool Supply, for your help!

I just attended their pool school which apparently isn't for beginners. We just bought a house with a pool and have been paying a pool service so I know zero. The guy teaching the class did not start at the beginning so I learned absolutely nothing. I will never ever buy anything from them now. I am so angry. Everyone there has owned their pools for a while except for me so the guy didn't bother to teach the class like there were people there who knew nothing. Waste of my time!
