Dolphin has amazing customer service and support. My hot tub circuit board went bad and Jeremy (their service tech) called and took the time to walk me through potential causes and solutions, and even provided ideas to keep my hot tub from freezing over. Jeremy was very friendly and patient, and genuinely wanted to help. These qualities are hard to find these days. Thank you Jeremy!! 😁
I've been a long time customer. However I've called and texted their repair department over 30 times with no response. They came to the house initially, dismantled my hot tub and then left. Each time I've spoken to a sales person I'm told they will have the repair division call me right away, but it has been 3 months. Highly frustrating and completely perplexing. New buyers of tubs beware that is something goes wrong, you'll be completely ignored.

July 28, Connected with the owner Dave and was provided a reasonable explanation for the delayed communication, along with assurances that they are going to continue to work to improve on that issue. Dave was also extremely helpful with working out the original issue and took great care to make it right. This level of assistance from Dave brings the quality of service back to the original 5-star rating that Dolphin once had, and make me much more comfortable continuing to do business with Dolphin in the future.
