I would recommend Dolphin Fencing to anyone just on their customer service alone. Great products, communication and follow up service.
The Team at Dolphin Fencing were amazing, from being super responsive and thorough with the initial estimation and quotation to the final build and delivery of both screen fencing and frameless glass fencing around our spa, could not recommend them more highly. Terrible experience with Dolphin Fencing. Originally were quoted for fence and gate. After paying 50% deposit they declined to do the gate. Fence is unfinished (one panel missing) and they have refused to finish it. Fence panels are also variable heights from the ground. Despite this, select pictures of our fence are on their social media pages. Staff are insincere. Altogether a horrible and substandard experience. Find another company for your fence.
Fantastic experience dealing with Dolphin Fencing, couldn’t fault the service or workmanship
Poor communication and very little consultation on a variety of key factors once the project began. Company seemed to use contractors to complete work, or hired people who have little to no interest in keeping their customers informed how and when the project is progressing. Quality assurance was non-existent, and workers had to return to complete rework to a satisfactory standard. For the money you pay, you'd expect a higher level of customer service and quality.
