5/5 — Always Feels Like Home I’ve been coming to Dolphin Bay Resort for almost five years now, and it never disappoints. Everything from the ocean view to the staff’s attention to detail makes each stay special. The rooms are spotless, the atmosphere is calm, and the service is top-tier. A special shoutout to Erica Krueger — she truly goes above and beyond every time. Her professionalism and kindness set the tone for the whole experience. It’s rare to find that kind of consistency and genuine care in hospitality these days.
We love coming to Dolphin Bay Resort every time we travel to Pismo beach. Great location, by the oceanside, rooms are spacious, well-equipped and clean.

I've been meaning to write this for a couple of weeks. The staff at Dolphin Bay are outstanding! I was staying at the resort for my brother's wedding. We received such special treatment. A particular shout-out to Kyle Hernandez, Patrick, the night staff on duty 10/2, and Jay, who were so helpful to my mom and me. My mother is older and her walker came off the plane damaged. We ate dinner here on a date night. We truly loved it! We will definitely be putting this on our "must go back to" list. The food, service, and atmosphere were all 5 star.
