I just recently moved out due to the roach infestation, the homeless issue and drug trafficking, There was no property management that would overlook this property, it took days to get anything back as a response to a message, I moved there last March because I was needing a space of my own and the manager was very nice and gave me all the information I was looking for to move in, after a month it started with the roaches,then shortly after the homeless were sleeping on the stairs couldn't even open my blinds, then a person ... read more

A clean and quiet place to live. The Kenmore team manages this property and they do a great job responding to maintenance requests and are quick to solve the issue(s). It is also right next to a few areas you can walk to and check out (boutiques, Local restaurants, etc.) It's a great spot and Im glad I chose this over some expensive bouijue apartment as the other apartments surrounding are 1000+ and don't include water/garbage. This apartment covers water and garbage in your rent already all you have to pay is electricity/wi... read more

These buildings are so old and worn it’s difficult to imagine this place still functional in 10 years
