its decent. its gotten a bit worse over the past couple years i think. ive lived in two different apartments in the complex and they were both good, though outdated appliances. im pretty sure the stove, oven, bathroom sink and bathtub are from the 60s or something. the complex is pretty nice but a little sketchy to walk through at night, especially by the car port off division. theres multiple dogs in a cat only complex that make a lot of noise. the walls are kind of thin so you can hear neighbors yelling and fighting too. o... read more

Pro: Lived here for 5 months from September 1st 2022 to February 1st 2023 with two of my friends. Rent was cheap, and The apartments were cosy. Cons: Crime, parking, management, and obviously location sucks. In my 5 months the managers office was broken into with everyones keys stolen, The undercover parking area was caught on fire and my cars gas tank was drilled INTO TWICE within less than a month. That was the final straw and I got out of there a week later.

Yes, they are old mid century modern, but are well kept, affordable, and a quiet complex with landscaped courtyards.
