Horrible bedside manner and rude. I saw her because everyone else at NPCMC is awesome and I thought she would be also. Boy was I wrong.
Dr.Black is the best she is very good with the kids we never learn un sure she always goes the extra mile n if she’s all booked up she tells her staff to make room for my kids . Very thorough
We have been going to Dr Grover since my daughter was born in December 2017 (premie). I love her holistic approach to medicine. I appreciate her support and encouragement during the time I was breast feeding. Shes a mom herself so she gets it.
We met Dr. Mitchell at the hospital when my second daughter was born. We have seen his partner Dr. Alverez with our first daughter and find both men to be caring, compassionate and knowledgeable doctors.
My wife and I loved Dr. Dwyer since the moment he entered the hospital room after our son was born. We all feel completely comfortable with him, we travel over 20 miles just to see him. Our son will be a long time patient of his.
Dr Rommel was my boys Dr from birth 1995& 1996 to 18. He was the kindest, most caring, attentive Dr new parents could have asked for. To say we were lucky was an understatement! My boys are 21 & 23 now & we still talk about him. My family appreciated him more than words can express. Talk about helpful, patient, & always there for us & our many concerns, he was the best!!! Just wanted to publicly thank you for all you went through with us & did for us!!! Lori Dugan??
Unprofessional pediatrician. She looked in my sons ears & then said “wow! The light went right through, where are your brains?! Then after said “it’s because girls are smarter” My son was extremely sick & she did not prescribe him anything, at all. My son has had a slight cough & was prescribed something. When she handed him a sticker at the end of the visit, she wouldn’t let go of it when my son tried to take it. She just stared at him. She made more strange comments during the visit.
She was respectably mediocre for well care, so we stayed with her. But when we needed her for a medical issue, never dealt a more uncompassionate doctor. And this is my fourth child but the first one seeing her. Do not waste your time with her. Find someone who cares about children and an office that doesn't jerk you around
Dr. Grover is my children's primary pediatrician at NPCMC. My kids were premature twins, and I was a first time mom when we first met. She has always taken the time to answer all of my questions and address all of my concerns. She has never been dismissive, and never treated me like I was worrying over nothing--even though I know, five years of parenting and colds and bumps and bruises later, that that was the case a lot of the time.
