Dolly the woman herself !!🥹🥹. I came in first time and she clarified if I wanted any changes and made sure I provided a genuine response with how I felt about them. THEN, we came to check out and she refused to let me pay , and had it on her.. I insisted I covered the service she blessed me with that I was looking for , for so long now and she insisted it was in her heart from God to cover it.
