I've been coming here for years and unfortunately my last few experiences there has been terrible. In general, the braiders are loud, unprofessional and rude. I booked ann appointment online for 3pm but did ask them to push it back to 4pm and they agreed to it. I get there at 3:55pm and they didn't start my hair until 5. They consistently lie about what's going on to cover up their incompetence and lack of professionalism. Horrible experience. They talked about me in my far, my part wasn’t in the middle, they don’t even care if they hurt you when doing your hair
The braider V was 30 minutes late. Mt appointment was at 7am and we didn’t get started until 8:30am as she needed an hour to prep and talk with her colleagues! She was rough and rude. I only brought 3 bags of boho hair and she didn’t even use the entire bag. Smh not satisfied!
