Dollinger Properties Company is the worst commercial property management company. Our plaza has roof leak for years. All tenants complaint about it. Roofer is called in but never fix the roof. Every years, every tenants share thousand of dollars for roof repair cost. We still have roof leak in rainy days. We have to share more than $10K yearly security service fee, but our plaza has transients and homeless sleeping on side walk. This company is the most dishonest company, I have done business with. We rented an office from them and one year down the road, an inspector came and told us that half of the warehouse was not built to the code and has to be torn down. Once we contacted Dollinger properties they told us that they will help us with the matter and later on told us that they can t do anything because the city inspector told them that they never got a permit for it. So We were thinking Dollinger properties will either let us leave the lease sin... read more
