Terrible service and customer service. They do not care about what you want nor make the attempt to correct their wrongdoings. It is also very hard to communicate with them because nobody understands fluent English. They will tell you they understand but then ruin your hair. 0/10, would never recommend.

Please beware if getting a haircut here. I definitely enjoyed the blowout and wash, but the woman cut the front of my hair so short and gave me bangs that I did not ask for. I specifically told her that I wanted my hair all the same length and to take simply trim my ends. I even gestured how much I wanted off when she sectioned my hair but instead of listening to me, she chose to cut as much as she wanted. I was visibly upset and wanted to cry yet the owner and stylist laughed at me then proceeded to charge me full price.

I love Jenny. She is an amazing hairstylist & does extensions too. I personally go to her cause she truly understands my hair type and is very attentive to detail. My hair grew so long with her I was shocked. She has great talent.

Excellent service provided at this salon. The facility is clean, well organized, and professionally maintained. Jenny was courteous, attentive, and highly professional, demonstrating great skill throughout the entire appointment. The Dominican blowout was performed with precision using high-quality products, and the results exceeded expectations.
