Im not one to write reviews, matter of fact this is my first ever! I can’t recommend Jess enough. I have been going to her for about 2 years now. She never fails to exceed expectations far beyond words. She is kind & personable and an overall joy to get to know and talk to during my appointments. Stopped in to get my eyebrows done. Well, that didn't happen. Walked in, and I was greeted by the staff. I asked for eyebrow threading they explained they only used wax. I decided that was fine since I was already here. I was not so politely informed that they don't accept walk-ins. I asked them how experienced they were at waxing since I've had a few bad experiences. I wasn't rude. I found the staff to be extremely condescending.
