Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience at the Dollhouse. I was scheduled for a takedown appointment at 7am. When I arrived noone was there. I called several times and did not get an answer. I finally reached someone around 7:30a. They said they reach out to the stylist to see where she was at. I got a text back saying she will be there soon. Other stylists arrived and sat me in a room, they did not apologize or update me on when my stylist would be arriving. They basically just ignored me. She finally arrived around 8:15... read more
