Those employees who are working here I am not sure if they know what they are doing, they obviously don't communicate each other , I tried to move in since September last year and I have been asked many questions, I answered them several times with different employees and they just simply forgot about it, even sending emails from the office . Have lived here for three years and don't have a single negative thing to say about this place. Requests for maintenance are always completed in a timely manner. Management is responsive and professional. Convenient to Metro and major highways. An awesome place to live!
I lived here for almost 4 years. It's very decent and safe place to live with family. Few Apartments are bit old and need renovation coz when you walk in apartment , floor would creak really bad at few places , can hear voices from nearing units. Hats off to their maintence team who is very active & responsive for requests. Their Leasing team is also decent , never had bad experience. Overall nice place to live if you are looking nearby Mclean metro station, Capitol One, Freddie Mac offices.
This place is a mice home. We stayed here for 4 years. The first. year things seemed ok. But the next year onwards(2015) we had multiple holes in the carpets. One night I woke up to have a drink. Suddenly I see a mice in the kitchen faucet. I should have put a mouse trap and kept it at the door of the leasing office. The rent was 1400 and increasing and there were unneeded tenants as well(rats). The building is old and not much renovation is been done. You can hear your neighbors.
