very bad service, I rented a car and when I went to pick it up the office was closed I could not communicate by phone at the end I could not pick up the car, do not waste your time renting through this site

Difficult to find returns and couple of charges that weren't disclosed on rental initiation.
Its impossible to call the location directl. I had an issue and had to get a hold of someone at the West Pal Beach location but when you call the local number you are automatically transferred to their central system and it's apparently impossible to call the location directly. The automated phone system is terrible, spent 20 minutes trying to get connected to the West Palm Beach location but the only location I was able to reach is their call center in the Philippines.
