We had a great experience renting from here, climate control was perfect for our needs.
I moved here from NY state and Lisa was absolutely amazing in helping out with my needs. She was courteous and helpful assuring I got the right size unit to fit into my budget! Thank you Lisa for a great experience!
Do not rent here. Stay away. Manager/owner/bit#* has some serious power trip issues, doesn't treat paying customers with respect. A water pipe busted, a few times in the units and they refuse to pay a dollar. Id store my stuff outside before id rent here again.
SO MY GIRLFRIEND SPOKE WITH A MANAGER TODAY THAT WAS COMPLETELY RUDE AND OBVIOUSLY A TERRIBLE PERSON. THIS PLACE IS STILL TAKING OUT MONEY EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE ON DOCUMENTS THAT SHE HAS CANCELED HAVING TO PAY FOR HER STORAGE UNIT. ATTORNEYS IS WHAT WILL TAKE PLACE NOW Her name was LISA.
I am a disabled person. I tried so hard, telling them the whole time that i was gonna have someone get my things out by beginning of March, no one said anything. Being sn honest person, i paid my storage early on 27th. Of feb. Got things out on 4th. But since i was due on 2nd, they wouldnt give me ANY OF MY MOMEY BACK. I needed the money to pay for my seizure meds!!
