We can here to first time to rent a storage unit and Blanca helped us understand the storage units and showed us. She is understanding and very patient with us. She also is social with us. Overall we had a good experience with Blanca ☺️
The staff was very proficient as well as informative. They explained all facets of the facility (hours of operation, the security system, do's and don't and the whole intake process was far less than an hour ...including a tour of the facility which was totally helpful as I was gonna rent a bigger unit but once I seen the smaller and less expensive one I picked it.
Blanca showed me the facility and left me feeling assured in the security of my belongings. Flavio and I spoke on the phone to initiate the unit rental and all prices were exactly as he told me on the phone. Highly recommend Dollar Self Storage for the the price and security.
Bianca was a great helping in showing me around and making sure I had the right storage unit for my needs
