Professional and friendly every time I rent from OAK.
I had to make a last minute change in my reservations from the SFO to the OAK location. The service was quick and courteous. Kudos to the Dollar team.
We were going to Tahoe and didn't know we needed a four wheel drive because of the snow. ( we're from New Orleans) when we got there and asked for our car, we asked if they had any 4 wheel drive suv. The girl looked and found one and did not over charge us because it was last min. Thanks, we will be back
