It was fine
Rented this past weekend. Had a long wait in the cold until the reserved class of car was available. In a dollar express member my reservation is usually ready and this time it was not!

It was prompt and the staff was courteous
Experience was easy, people were helpful . Only draw back was the location, but you can catch a shuttle at the airport . My problem was that I wasn't flying into National and I couldn't reach anyone who could give me direction . You can't reach location with a local number. All in all, great car and a smooth pick up and drop off ð
