Very nice and expeditious customer service and the rates were very affordable compared to other rental agencies.
Could have had more staff onboard for a busy weekend...those working were nice and friendly but the volume was too much

They were very profesisional! I would refer them to other seeking a rental.
Pretty good experience. Only downside is that I waited 20 minutes to get a car because they were being cleaned. The customer service rep that processed me in came out after a while to check what was going on and I explained to her I was told by the outside crew to wait for a car. She directed me to an available car because she realized it was freezing cold outside and was inconvenienced by waiting outside for so long
