Great cars and very affordable . I will always use Dollar going forward.
I love that I don't even have to stop at express window at Nashvile I just look on the board and it had the parking spot number of my car.
I reserved my rental, picked up rental and returned with little stress and issues. The only thing that was an issue is that pick up of car if not flying into the airport is that it is a little difficult finding the pick up area. But other than that experience was greatâºï¸
Pleasant staff and quick pickup and return. Only issue was adding an additional day. They wanted me to return the truck for maintenance. After explaining I was 380 miles from the return location they extended it.
Our arrival and return were both handled quickly and professionally.
Everything was great....except I was unable to use a 10% discount code from my last Dollar rental survey....the counter rep tried every possible combination, tool, book etc to enter the code but it did not work....I've now rented again and received a survey and Received a discount code.....I hope it works, but my felling is it won't.
