Arrived 30 minutes before appointment time was given dock door right away unloaded in about 1 hour waited about 1 30 minutes for bills no overnight parking 2nd time there took 5 hours to get unloaded and bills in hand 3rd time there checked in 615am for a 10am appointment was given dock door right away unloaded and bills in hand at 825am Overnight parking on the street
Always takes forever here they are so freaking slow it’s like only one person works here or something it’s so dumb they have no care at all for drivers time they are a real lack of respect for humanity if i could stop having this delivery i would
This place is always SLOW!!! 9am appointment. Checked in 750am. 13:45 and I'm still sitting here waiting for my paperwork on a partial load. This isn't the 1st time they have wasted my day away, and I'm sure it won't be the last! How hard can it be to stay on a schedule? Here again. Showed up an hour b4 appointment. Still in a door 2hrs after appointment, and they haven't even locked me in to unload yet. This place is terrible and management doesn't seem to care.
Avoid at all cost very inefficient office personnel slow doing paperwork cost me 3 hours just waiting on paperwork plus missing my next appointment
