The security guard at the guard shack was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything well. He told me to park in the staging area and they would call with me a dock. Backing into the staging area is a little tight but doable. 15-20 minutes later they tell me to go to dock 16. Backing in here was easy with plenty of room. Unloaded in about an hour. Went back to staging area and waited 4 HOURS for Capstone to return my bills. Ended up being late for my next pickup because of Capstones inefficiency. Capstone really needs... read more
It does take to unload 1hr I love It to come back here.
Truck drivers don’t come here the security staff is friendly but the problem is from the inside staff they will reschedule your appointment with out any notice and they don’t care if you spend 3 nights there waiting for them to unload 5 pallets and also after they reschedule your appointment they will let you park for 3 hours after your appointment time together you on door .
This place has truly fallen off. It has gotten really bad... Been here for over 3 hours for 4 pallets. And I got here and hour earlier than my appointment time. If I could give no stars I definitely would.
Always takes forever here they are so freaking slow it’s like only one person works here or something it’s so dumb
